West Ham United is set to launch a cash offer for Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori.
According to The Sun of UK, Rennes was reported earlier this month as the most likely destination for Chelsea’s underdog central Tomori.
The move is likely just a loan deal, but now reports suggest West Ham is considering a permanent deal for Tomori.
The 23-year-old turned down a trade to West Ham in the summer, pulling out of the deal just hours before the deadline fell.
But the lack of playing time so far this season could force him to rethink, with Hammers fans desperate for a defender in January.
