Super Eagles star Zaidu Sanusi scored his first Champions League goal at FC Porto 2-0 away from Olympique Marseille on Wednesday night.
The 23-year-old Nigerian international started the match and it lasted for the entire duration of the match which saw both teams finish the game with ten men.
Sanusi broke the tie in the 39th minute after pouncing on a rebound that came from a corner kick at the Orange Velodrome to score his for the Dragons since completing from Santa Clara in the summer.

The Kebbi-born left-back was excited to score his first Champions League goal, he said via Porto’s Twitter: “We got three big points and congratulations to the whole team. It is a very important goal in my career, the first in the Champions League.

The Portuguese giants are second in Group C with nine points after four games, behind leader Manchester City, while Marseille sits at the bottom of the table with no points.
Next up for Porto in the Champions League is a home game against Manchester City on December 1, but they will visit former Sanusi club Santa Clara for their Primeira Liga match on Saturday.
