Nigerian forward Kayode Olanrewaju was among Sivasspor’s scorers in their impressive 3-2 comeback against Qarabag in the Europa League on Thursday.

Olanrewaju scored in the 58th minute to tie his team at 2-2; the second time the Turkish Super Lig team came from behind in the game.

It was his fourth consecutive goal in the competition, the Nigerian has scored in all of Sivasspor’s group match this season.

Following his performance last night, the 27-year-old becomes the second Nigerian since Victor Moses (2012/13) to score in four consecutive Europa League games.

Meanwhile, Ivorian forward Arouna Kone scored a double, including the winning goal for Sivasspor that night.

In the other group match, Samuel Chukwueze played for Villarreal in a 1-1 draw against Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Villarreal remains the leader of the group with 10 points, Maccabi is second with seven points, Sivasspor third with six points, while Qarabag is fourth with zero points.
