JUST IN: Nigerian Forward Joins South African Side From NPFL Club

Nigerian forward Stanley Dimgba has joined Stellenbosch FC of the South African Premiership from the Enyimba club of the Nigerian Professional Football League.

The 27-year-old striker arrives at the Coetzenburg athletics stadium after scoring 12 goals for the eight-time Nigerian champions.

Stellenbosch FC, who were promoted to the top flight last season, confirmed Dimgba’s capture, as revealed this afternoon via the club’s official Twitter.

Dimgba has become Stellenbosch’s fifth signing in the current transfer window as they look to maintain their status in the elite league.

The Nigerian star could make his Stellenbosch debut when they face Chippa United in a PSL game at Danie Craven Stadium on November 21.
