I visited US to see my children, not for check-up – Gov. Sule

NASARAWA State Governor Abdullahi Sule has refuted claims in some quarters that he was currently on a medical trip to the United States of America, emphasizing that he traveled to the United States to see his children during his annual vacation.

The governor made the clarification while he appeared as a guest on Canales Televisión, monitored by our correspondent in Lafia.

Sule, who was said to have visibly left his state hospitals for medical tourism in the United States, stated that he normally went on annual vacation in December and took the opportunity to spend time with his family in Houston, Texas.

The governor added that while on vacation in the United States, where he had been for quite some time, he also took advantage of the advantage to perform routine medical check-ups.

“My trip here has nothing to do with my health. I am here on my annual vacation. I usually do my medical checkups even when I was the Dangote Group doctor.

“There is nothing wrong with my health. I just finished my routine medical check-ups, dental check-up, eye check-up and everything went perfectly, ”he emphasized.
