The Chairman of the Forum of Progressive Governors, who is also Governor of Kebbi State, Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, congratulated Nigerians on the occasion of Christmas that is celebrated around the world today.
The Governor of Kebbi State, while rejoicing with the Christian community in Kebbi and Nigeria, also expressed his joy that celebrations like Christmas bring the greatest joy and joy.
According to him, they also provide adherents and other citizens with ample opportunity to ponder and reflect on Nigeria’s need for sustainable peace, unity and socio-economic progress.
Bagudu, in a statement through his Special Media Adviser, Mallam Yahyah Sarki, on Friday, also claimed that Almighty God has not been wrong in creating Nigerians together, with diverse religious, ethnic and cultural affinities.
“The governor maintained that these differences were meant to bring us closer together and unite as one indivisible nation.
“Bagudu also urged people in the state to live in peace with each other and to continue to observe basic COVID-19 protocols such as wearing face masks, social distancing, and regular hand washing, among others.”
