Boko Haram terrorists beheaded 43 farmers in Borno state on Saturday.
Nigeria online news reports that after the Borno massacre on Saturday night, anger and outrage could best describe the current situation in the country as Nigerians renew calls for the resignation and removal of President Buhari and his heads of service.
As NewsOnline Nigeria previously reported, the feared Boko Haram sect killed 43 farmers at a rice farm in Borno on Saturday by slitting their throats.
In reaction to the Borno massacre, angry Nigerians said that President Muhammadu Buhari must fire the heads of service and get the competent ones to secure the nation.
Many Nigerians took to the microblogging platform Twitter to express their anger and Buhari’s refusal to fire the heads of service.
Obinna Nwosu, a Twitter user, wants Buhari to fire the service chiefs immediately because they have failed.
Slime @MBuhari, I beg you with whatever you love, fire the heads of service. Arewa sinks due to insecurity. There is an urgent need for new ideas. Guys CC message anyone you think can help send this message to Mr. President in the comment section

Another user, Kayode, lamented that things should not continue as they are and that the heads of service had to leave.
The murder of 43 Nigerians today who worked hard on their farm to make ends meet is barbaric and very sad. It is obvious that the architecture and security strategy of the service chiefs and their commander-in-chief have lamentably failed. We can’t go on like this.

According to Frederick Odorige, the real problem is the service chiefs, who say they collected money and kept silent in the face of bad government.
Our real problems are the heads of service. They raise money and keep silent in the face of bad government. They are foolish accomplices. The soldiers are arrested for speaking. Buhari has more than 200 security officers attached to him. What are they protecting? A push and start president?

I am not moved by the speech of the leaders, I focus more on their action, I decipher and read that faster. I do not care if @MBuhari it will say under a heavily armed palace with air conditioning. field action is what we need. Call the heads of service, someone has to be responsible for this.

The government of @MBuhari Northerners and Nigerians failed. It is the only government that retained / retained service chiefs who failed to secure their region without talking about the country. #ServiceChiefs

Maybe PMB should quit as well, since he’s not doing the job. The issue of Boko Haram and banditry goes beyond the firing of service chiefs. Yes, they must be removed and another set must be brought in, but nothing will change yet. Nothing!

In football, when something doesn’t work, you have to change your techniques: fire the heads of service.
When you keep losing, the club’s leadership – People, Fire the coach – PMBuhari
So what is preventing this from happening? #ZabarmariMasacre

I blame Arewa for tolerating this level of insecurity. By the time each and every household, in each and every state is involved in it, we may wake up and defend ourselves from these barbaric attacks and kidnappings. Clearly, no end is in sight. #ZabarmariMasacre

And Governor Zulum will run to Villa crying again. But Villa, as usual, will prefer to have another tete-a-tete with the untouchable heads of service. Allah is still our only hope now. @ Jack_Vince77 @kingmythmaker @PremiumTimesng @thecableng @THISDAYLIVE @
